For the North West, we have appointed Pointfive, who are Jonathan Woodward and Steven Thorpe, based in Liverpool. Their proposal for a Biennial kiosk, based on the 'Black Box' flight recorder, will work as both a meeting and information point and an experiential artwork exploring the passage of time.

For the Cheshire Recent Graduates, Manchester-based collective Ultimate Holding Company has been selected to produce a new, collaborative work based on the life and work of Dame Barbara Cartland and her tenacious relationship to the enigmatic 'Colditz Cock', which will be reconstructed at Tatton Park for the Biennial.
